Right from the beginning, Gann’s was easy to work with! I was able to communicate with Michelle via email to make an appointment and even sent pictures so they could see the problem. They were able to make it out here the very next day.

The technician, Phillip, was not only on time but called to see if we were available about 1/2 hour early. It was very interesting to hear about why they do certain things and what to look for going forward. He was so patient and took the time to answer my questions! It was also nice to hear that he thought so highly of Mr. and Mrs. Gann.

We will definitely use Gann’s Pest Control going forward!
