We have been customers of Pat Gann’s for close to 20 years. Pat brought Kandace as a trainee; and she is now celebrating her 1st anniversary with Gann’s Pest & Termite Control. Kandace has been well-trained (as are all of Pat’s technicians) and she is fabulous. I love her can-do attitude. Kandace is thorough and professional. She even caught a stowaway pink salamander (also known as a Mediterranean gecko apparently) off of one of my houseplants and carried it to safety because “those are our friends”. And let me tell you — anyone who catches a reptile in my house and takes it outside — is my friend, too!! Definitely 5-star service!
